This also means traveling all over the place looking at 50-100% more homes than a buyer had time to see back in '03-'05(...when the market was HOT!)
This is fine with me. I enjoy opening doors and seeing the diverse layouts and arrangements of many different homes. I go all over the place! My schedule is open from 9AM-10pm to show houses and I work seven days of the week.
My clients all know that they can call me at ANY time and I can usually arrange to show a property within a few hours. I show a very wide range of properties as well, ranging form $5000 or less 'SCOPE' homes in Baltimore, to multi-million dollar homes in gorgeous Potomac, MD!
Please note that it is indeed a spectacular time to BUY REAL ESTATE, and you might as well pick an experienced Realtor who enjoys working as a successful Buyers Agent. Consider also, that my success is measured by the success of my clients. My clients are ALWAYS successful. In fact, most of the time, I can get buyers much more home for the dollar than they could have even immagined!
